Experience the grandeur of the past at Grand Café Restaurant 1e Klas. This surprising historic restaurant, dating from 1885 is located on platform 2B Amsterdam Central Station. The Central Station and restaurant 1e Klas is designed by famous architect Pierre Cuypers who also designed the Rijksmuseum. The old waiting rooms in Grand Café Restaurant 1e Klas were fully renovated and kept intact for the public to enjoy. You can still experience the old (waiting) times of the past and eat and drink in the same atmosphere as the Rijksmuseum. I ordered a cocktail which was very small and no alcohol I could taste . I complained and they took it away and came back with another one . Not a good start but everything else was brilliant

Such a true Italian vibe! The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is super friendly, attentive, and fast. The place itself is really charming — feels like being back at one of my favorite spots in Milan. Definitely recommend!
