Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.     We went to celebrate a special occasion in our family. We chose to see the flamenco dance show which was excellent. Our waiter was exceptional. He offered suggestions about meal choices and wine choices an was spot on with both. Take time to read the menu with its history and traditions. Such a memorable dining experience for our family.

    The server was knowledgeable of the wines and helped us make an excellent choice. The N’awlins style were just ok and at $5 a piece, I would pass. The scallops were excellent. Will try to recreate at home. Would return just for that dish. Scallops cooked perfectly and portion size was good with 5 or 6 scallops. Parking is a pain but all of downtown is. Park at Garrison lot with Park Mobile. Definitely will return. Barbie full of the young and beautiful. Enjoyed the people watching. lol.

    Service was fantastic. We had the escargot and salmon (special) for appetizers. Coq au Vin and Duck Confit for our mains. Bread pudding for dessert. All were very good! It was a little pricey but nothing crazy.
