From the moment Taylor, the hostess, called to offer us an early reservation, we felt truly valued as guests. Our waiter, Drew, was outstanding—pleasant, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly demeanor made our meal even more enjoyable. I had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. My husband had steak, asparagus and a salad. All was delicious!

Was pleasantly surprised at the Landrys at Golfen Nugget. It is VASTLY improved from even a year ago. They were amazing servers, and the food was so delicious! Special thanks to our bartender Cade and the Server Logan. They were fantastic!!

Although we have eaten at Chart House Lake Charles numerous times, this was the first time that we ordered the prime rib. My husband and I started the meal with cocktails, French Onion Soup, and, of course, their breadbasket. The French Onion Soup was very good, thick with just the right amount of bread to broth ratio. However, the 10oz prime rib that we both ordered were perfect. We both like our steaks medium rare, and the prime rib was exactly that. My husband said that this was the best prime rib he had had since the Beef and Bottle in Sarasota, Florida, when we lived there many, many years ago. We finished the meal with mini lava cakes that warm, oozing with chocolate lava, and ice cream. I want to complement our server, Austin, he was attentive without hovering, had a great sense of humor, and made us feel like we were the only diners in the restaurant. Thank you, Austin, for making the night special for us. We enjoy the brunches and lunches at the Lake Charles Chart House, but it is now also the place we will go when we are hungry for prime rib.

went there for a birthday party with a group of 8 ppl. food came out fast and the service was great. overall great experience!! nothing bad to say.
