They presented it to us before cooking and said it would be ready in 3 to 5 minutes. It turned out what they really said was 35 minutes! It was worth the wait though. Apps were very good too (scotch ramen egg, cucumbers, hamachi crudo). We tried the tsukumen for the first time. Love the thicker noodles and the thicker dipping sauce. The restaurant was not very busy on this Monday night and we were seated right away. The menu has limited vegetarian options. I inquired about any specials or dishes that could be made vegetarian and the waiter said all they had was on the menu. After taking our order he asked if there were any dietary restrictions, seemed odd to ask that after taking the order. Dinner was not rushed, when the food came out everything looked amazing and tasted great. Nice selection of wine, beer and full bar.
