- LLisaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI’ve been to the Watertown location and this one in Boston has a more eclectic vibe, loved it! The food is on point just like Watertown. There were certain nuances of the menu that were kind of weird like buttermilk fried chicken, we couldn’t get sauce on the side it had to be on top and a few other silly things but we made it work. The prices are very good and to give you a basic business meal idea (with the 20% gratuity-included for a group of six)with five appetizers, six entrées, and 10 alcoholic beverages. The bill was slightly over $400. There wasn’t a hungry belly when we left and had some to take home with us as well. The portion sizes for the appetizers are all shareable. Do your taste buds a favor and visit either or location, you will not be disappointed! To be honest, I usually take pictures to share with others, but the food was so good and devoured so fast there was no time, lol!More infoButtermilk & BourbonPrice: Moderate• Regional American (Southern)• Back Bay•4.6

- MMartiGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was good. We had the fish and chips, and, to this day, I will never understand why a restaurant puts a slab of fried fish on top of the French fries. I asked for the fries to be crispy, well done, and they weren’t. Our waitress had them redone, and they came back perfectly cooked. On a small plate. That’s how they should be served in the first place, I think. The fish was delicious. Very fresh, nicely cooked. The chowder was delicious. Not sure what the 2 ball like things were on the top of it. But I was happy there weren’t enormous amounts of potatoes. Plenty of clams!!! The wine that Amanda suggested was a bit bitter when it came. But once the Chardonnay warmed up a bit, it was delicious. The cheesecake my husband had was more cottage cheesy. Would have preferred the crust to be around the cheesecake, not sprinkled around it. It was an incredibly expensive lunch, that’s for sure. Thank goodness for the gift card. Appreciated that Amanda was very bright, and nice. Although I grew up around Boston, listening to her explain the different things that guests could enjoy was wonderful. Great to have a knowledgeable and affable staff, that’s for sure. Theo, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience; his knowledge of the menu and attention to detail were truly commendable. A big thank you to Tyler, the manager, for overseeing such a fantastic team and maintaining the high standards that Gordon Ramsay is known for. Every dish was a delightful masterpiece, making for an unforgettable evening. Highly recommend!More infoRamsays Kitchen - BostonPrice: Moderate• Unspecified• Back Bay•4.3
