Juan was a great server, gave excellent recommendations from the menu. Save room for dessert, the salted caramel dish was amazing.

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. We were in town to celebrate my cousin’s birthday, and the overall experience was amazing. Anastacia was our waiter, and she made sure that our meals were exquisite, and she also paid attention to detail. The aesthetic of the establishment as well as the other staff members and management were exceptional. I look forward to patronizing this space on my next visit to San Juan. Dulce Capricho show is definitely a gem in San Juan. 

I would have given 5 stars but the bread in the french toast was not up to par per several previous visits. It was toasted much more than typical, due to oversight or because the bread was not as fresh as it should hsve been. Since i was with two guests, i did not mention this to our server to avoid a bad impression of the restaurant that I had hyped up.
