Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. He has always been inspired by the people and products around him and this spirit has lead the movement to look at food in Hawaii in a new light. Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman embraces this passion!     We had a great date night! Our waitress was amazing and the staff were great, even took a great picture for us with Diamond head in the back ground. Highly recommend their happy hour drinks and food.

    I’ve made this reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday at 5:15 PM in order to see the sunset in the ocean. We’ve been a little bit late for the reservation, but two ladies worked at Hau Tree were very nice and helpful. We were sitting in the Oceanside view for the dinner. The sunset in front of Hau Tree was so beautiful and amazing. Jordan was our server who was so kind and helpful. We ordered crispy Spanish octopus, pawn pasta and local fish. Food was amazing and so delicious. They gave us a little desert as a birthday surprise! Excellent food, beautiful ocean view and great customer service from Hau Tree! Recommend to everyone! It is a must try in Honolulu!

    I have never been disappointed when dining at Merriman’s. I was with a friend who has strict dietary restrictions; the chef personally met with him and made his day even brighter. Merriman’s is first class all the way.

    One of my most favorite restaurants in HI. Creative menu with both culinary staples as well as interesting combinations, such as he broccoli salad, which was quite flavorful. Loved that u could make a reservation. Will be back again probably in Maui!
