We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe.     Manager Jenna Taylor is a phenomenal lady, amazing manager and a heart of gold. When I say she went above and beyond to show my son a great birthday and to make our Valentine's Day exceptional! Our server STEPHANIE was extremely attentive and very kind! She was a joy to talk to and so very sweet! These 2 lovely women made our made us feel like royalty! We will definitely return because of them!

    Minor "glitch" early on remedied by restaurant Zoe McCarthy in superbly professional manner. Food fit our Wednesday night requirements perfectly- food board we split for four and four appetizers/pizza/salads (not all, we are seniors), plus the bottle of wine and we left happy (as opposed to happily left).

    Vivace continues to be one of the finest dining experiences in Tucson. Over the years the location has changed, both times for the better, but the food is consistently excellent. Their most popular entree is the crab stuffed chicken breast, and it has been my go-to dish for about 30 years.

    Second time dining at a Fleming’s. Service was excellent, one of the major reasons we returned. We like our meat cooked “no pink” (well) and it was good but just a touch over done. I got the Land & Sea special; stuffed shrimp was just ok. We really like how accommodating the staff are, efficient yet personable, friendly, and welcoming. They all made my husband’s birthday celebration special. Will definitely return.
