We had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Our server was excellent. The pace was gentle in a good way. Food was just amazing, as was the presentation. The dining room is warm and cozy and a little elegant too. The setting seems lovely but it was dark out - we’ll have to come back in the spring. I had put that it was my birthday in the Open Table reservation - they really lifted that up with some champagne glasses at the start and a spectacular special dessert at the end.

The food and service have been excellent every time we’ve gone to Chez Rosa. Tonight we chose steak frites and the gnocchi. Both were excellent. Although we didn’t order the cheese fondue tonight, we noticed several tables did, and it looks delicious. Can’t wait to try it next time!

The Burkett never disappoints. This time around, the Caesar salad was perfect - well balanced dressing and the boquerones were a nice touch. Our main courses, statler chicken breast on risotto, and baked stuffed haddock, could not have been better. Both were cooked perfectly and delivered hot. The room is lovely and the service friendly but not intrusive. Stop by for dinner; you will not be disappointed.

Excellent meal, drinks, and service. Oxtail entree was a highlight.

Had a reservation for 6 at noon. We arrived and were seated at a table already set up for us. Nice. Drinks first then ordered the great food. Three of us ordered the wedge salad, one a Caesar salad, one a chopped salad with a chowder and the last ordered fish and chips, and ordered a fish and chips to bring home. The food was delicious and wonderfully prepared. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Wonderful.
