Restaurants near Garza Beach

Service was wonderful! Tenderloin and curry were delicious! Catch if the day- sea bass, was good. Avoid the smash burger- too greasy. Plates of bread were offered when we arrived. Then we were offered a bowl of chips and tasty guacamole. We enjoyed these nice extras! It was a lovely family Christmas dinner!

Connected to the energy of Nosara, this farm-to-table restaurant is a delightful culinary gem that truly embodies the essence of local cuisine with the elegance of metropolitan culinary experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with rustic decor and an open kitchen that feels as though you are connected to the process. The menu, a set course, showcases an impressive selection of dishes, all made with fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms. Each plate is a beautiful presentation of vibrant colors and flavors. While we have only been once, we hope to return to experience evolution of Chef Patterson‘s vision. Service began promptly with Chef Patterson personally giving his manifesto of sorts emphatically explaining the importance of locally sourced organic ingredients. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the story behind each ingredient. Each course was served at the same time connecting each table in the experience. Chef came to each table and connected personally through dinner service, an incredible opportunity to learn about the path of the food and his journey. I would go so far as to suggest if you are in Costa Rica make an effort to go to La Cosecha.
