Food was excellent. The service was great, all the staff was very friendly. This is one of my favorite restaurants!!! If you like seafood it’s the place to go!!!

Our 1st time here! We had such a great experience. Our server Mackenzie was very friendly & made great suggestions for every course. We started with a Holiday Sangria & calamari—-the calamari was delicious & great sauce. Our main entrees included redfish, flounder & seared scallops. You can chose how your want your fish prepared from 3 different selections. The scallops were huge & came with collards & whir rice peas…the sauce was delicious! Their dessert list is long. We opted for pecan & their special satsuma cheesecake—it definitely felt holiday with a ginger/orange flavor. Enjoy your dinner as all the servers have a great attitude. It’s elevated food in an open & warm environment! I would definitely go back for their small plates of oysters or mussels!

My husband & I love sitting at the bar at Halyard’s for a martini and a good meal. Last night I ordered the chopped wedge salad and a bowl of the crab soup, which is hard to get and is always delicious here. Classic low-country “she-crab” soup. Adding sherry as the menu provides, is a must.

The food was fantastic. My husband had the lamb amazing. Mike, the bartender, took such great care of us . It was both our birthdays. Thank you, Mike, for making our night more special!

1509 Brunswick is a wonderful place to visit due to its excellent food, service and views that are unmatched. Located in the heart of downtown, it offers beautiful views of the waterfront and the historic downtown area of Brunswick. Along with the beautiful views that 1509 Brunswick offers, the food and the service are unmatched as well. My wife and I absolutely cannot wait to return to take in the breathtaking views, and the wonderful food and service. Thank you again 1509 Brunswick for making our night both special and perfect!!!
