Restaurants near German Village Brewery District

Lindey's is one of the last white linen restaurants for an upscale lunch or business luncheon. My guests were from out of town, and the loved the food and the ambiance. The nut crusted chicken salad is always delicious, and one guest raved about the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup entree.

I had one of the best experiences at Cento last night! I came in to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and the customer service i received, the delicious food, amazing cocktails and wine, and ambiance of the restaurant made my birthday dinner memorable and extremely special for me. My server, I believe her name was Alex, was one of the friendliest and nicest servers I’ve ever had. She recommended we talk to Stacy when we wanted to buy two bottles of wine, and Stacy was nothing but helpful and gave us such great recommendations. Thank you Cento for making my birthday dinner one of the most memorable nights! The staff, food, and drinks are absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to come back again!

Once again we had a terrific meal and evening celebrating two birthdays the special was outstanding. The chicken parmesan was as usual one of the best. Our server, Gregory was outstanding. Can't wait for birthday celebrations as we will be back soon.

We went here on a Monday night for Sake Hour. Great price, amazing food, and fabulous drinks. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall, we felt like welcomed and appreciated patrons, and we will most certainly be back. Food was great, most had hanger steak. Drinks were excellent. The table size was perfect for our group. Its location at the door made for a noisier, colder and less private dinner, and the use of stools for two of our party was less comfortable for them. Our server, Jenna was great, and she made up for the inconvenience with her enjoyable personality, complimentary bruschetta, and flexibility on appetizer portions.
