Restaurants near Glen Bay Shopping Center

2nd time here. First time everything was spot on. This round the flavor profiles were not my cup of tea. I had the whitefish in a broth. The fish was delicious, but the broth was too citrusy. 2 of the 3 appetizers had interesting profiles but were also not the right balance for my perhaps unsophisticated tastes. The menu changes frequently, so I did not get the best week for my tastebuds.

The view of the lake is beautiful. Excellent atmosphere. The service is first class. The food is excellent. We had a wonderful time.

I was so pleased with our recent visit. I took my leadership team out for a gratitude lunch and each of us were so happy with all the aspects of our experience. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. The space was clean and welcoming. Best of all was our server who did a fantastic job. Go to Mallards and remember to support our local restaurants!!!

Was our first time together Avli and we can not wait to go back. We are planning to go with our dinner club. Such a warm space, lovely decorated and comfortable. The service was excellent. He explained our questions carefully. The food was SO good. We enjoyed the hummus. My cocktail was fantastic, Cretan bull. Chicken souvlaki was so flavorful and tender and the walleye was also very flavorful, tad spicy. Then there was dessert, 3 choices, we had something that had bits of nuts and cookies with ice cream on top - man that was good! Not too sweet or rich.

Great service, great food. Love the ambiance and vibe of this very fun, cozy restaurant.
