Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of.     Food was good, we sat for a bit longer than I prefer to see a server. As well there was a mishap of our server and a bus server had a collision at our table and my leg was sprayed with what ever was in the beverage glasses that crashed to the floor. Clean up was a bit crude as well. No one ever asked if there was anything us. Once we were attended the device perked up They missed 5 stars due to these issues as well they should of offered a drink on the house from the crashing tray!! Server was very good! Food was good will return again

    I enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch at Cafe Aldo. We shared a Caesar salad(I would have liked them to split it in the kitchen). I had excellent Veal Saltimbocca and my friend had sweet potato gnocchis. I had indicated on the reservation that it was a birthday lunch and at the end of the meal two biscotti arrived with the best sparkler I’ve ever seen in a restaurant!
