Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast. Great village pub. The food for the four of us was outstanding. Starters, mains and desserts were all of excellent quality. The beer (Nanook) was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pub itself is lovely. Couldn't fault it!

Had a really lovely Sunday lunch. I had the pork which was beautifully cooked but there was not enough of it which is a shame as it’s not an expensive meat compared to lamb and beef. My guests both had nut roast and it was good and plentiful. Service was a bit hit and miss but it was a busy Sunday lunchtime. Overall I Would recommend it.

This was an excellent all round pre Christmas Saturday night meal out. Great food with Lebanese and Spanish influences and an intimate and cosy ambience. Having only just discovered Zekki’s we were disappointed to hear it is intending to close at the end of December. Please come back in the Spring and open up again!

Beautiful venue with excellent food and service. The blue cheese soufflé was excellent as well as the duck rendang. Desserts were very clever and well presented. We must go back the next time we are in Exeter.

Booked a table. Seated quickly on arrival. Order taken promptly. Food was nice. I Opted for the vegetarian curry, portion size was just right. The steak that was also ordered looked good.
