The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

Due to the geographic location, the peninsula of Yucatan has developed signature flavors that are unlike any other found in the Mexican Republic. We absolutely love coming to The Eldred Preserve, whether we are just having drinks or eating at the bar or dinning in the restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, our servers are always courteous, professional and we always have a nice meal. Great drinks and delicious food.

A beautiful and friendly place with welcoming staff. The chef even came out to say hi and check on our experience, which was such a nice touch! The food was delicious, although we didn’t get to try much this time. We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu, and I’m sure it will be outstanding!
