Restaurants near Hampton Inn Houston Downtown, TX

Good food but not too many options. Anyway, the quality of the food was so good. When I asked the hostess couldn’t change the table, which was in the middle of the restaurant, I liked it with more privacy and less traffic. The service was good.

Christmas Eve dinner with our adult children. Our server was exceptional and the food was amazing. Subtracted for value because it’s not a budget restaurant. It was expensive but we knew that going into it. The food and drinks were well worth the price we paid. All the dishes met or exceeded expectations. Lovely restaurant.

Sommelier was fantastic. Loved the wine and desert wine. Best Christmas dinner ever. Can’t wait for next year.

The food was amazing, specially the crabcakes, highly recommended as an appetizer. They were thick and fluffy, full of crap mean. I order the king crab legs, they were excellent, buttery and well flavored. Service was on point, spectacular. We’ll go there again soon.

Juan took great care of us. Our table ordered the diver scallops, chicken fried chicken, and chicken fried steak. All were well prepared and flavorful. We had not been to this Federal Grill location before, but will return. Very close to walk to Discovery Green for an after dinner stroll.
