Dinner was great. Took a server several minutes to get drink refills. Waited for my old fashion to be empty before he asked if I wanted another one. Then had to wait 15 min for the new one. Member of my group ordered a glass of Malbec with their entrees. He ate most of his meal before the wine was brought out. Food was delicious.

Every item that I've had from the menu has been excellent. The Jacqueline our waitress was on top of the game. And Patricia, our bartender, was excellent. Both were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu options. The night we were there the restaurant had booked a Frank Sinatra impersonator for entertainment. The show was fanatastic. We left that evening feeling like we had seen the real Frank Sinatra! If you haven't been to the Sapphire yet, go now!

Great place for office Christmas dinner! The staff and food was excellent.

My wife and I dine here, for every anniversary. This is our favorite restaurant in Biloxi. Our reservation was booked around 2pm once the lunch crowd has left. Get a table in the old house.

This place is absolutely the best. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is delicious!
