Restaurants near Helton Creek Falls

Much needed and appreciated place for steak, don't miss it of you're in town. Clean, friendly, well prepared, presented and served. Not the cheapest, but worth it. Only very minor issue was that the wine list could use some organization.

Service was great. Food was very good. This is not the same Twisted Tomato from McCaysville. Menu is different, refined. We have the arancini as an appetizer and it was delicious. Had a meat lovers pizza and the short ribs as the main dinner, both were outstanding. Saw others enjoying what looked to be very good pasta dishes. Staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Lydia, our server, was new but great. We will definitely be back. All around, great meal.

The Dahlonega Winery restaurant has given us consecutive excellent experiences. Food and service are equal to our expectations. We will be back, soon.

Fortify once again hit it out of the park. Of course the food, service and overall ambience were outstanding, as usual, but upon knowing it was our anniversary, we were met with a greeting card signed by staff, a special table and an outstanding desert. Thank you Fortify for another great evening. You guys are the standard against which others strive to be. Keep it up!

Good food GREAT service. An excellent place - and probably the only place in Helen you can make a reservation!
