Restaurants near Hi Desert Park

This is our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs! The food is amazing. I had grilled prawns over a bed of pasta with a garlic sauce. The prawns were just delicious, so tender and scrumptious. My strawberry lemon drop was amazing. The last time we were here I had the raspberry lemon drop and it too was incredible. We love, love the food here and the service is lightning fast. We can’t wait to try another new dish — kudos to the chef !!

A wonderful experience from start to finish for our Valentine’s Day dinner. A very busy night with a big crowd inside and outside on their large patio. They had staffed accordingly with enough wait staff, expeditors, and other support staff to provide attentive and seamless service. The food was excellent, as always; and all six of us enjoyed our drinks, appetizers, mains, and desserts. Thank you, Tom, for your warm “welcome in” and for seating our party of six right on time. It was a memorable evening!

We had a great lunch. We both had the Lite lunch with a grilled cheese sandwich and New England Clam Chowder. Both were wonderful. The Albariño wine and the Champagne Cocktail were outstanding as well. Service were attentive and prices are moderate. We are locals and long time Spencer’s customers and will be back.

We had a wonderful dinner. The wind had really kicked up and our outside table was uncomfortable. They moved us to the bar and it was great. Chad took great care of us and the food was fabulous as always. We come to Palm Springs once a year and always make a point of eating at Copleys.

What a gem! Terrific food where some old standards are given a little twist. The General Tso cauliflower is unrecognizable…in a good way. They do a thing with chicken in a deviled egg that makes you wonder which came first. Staff prompt.attentive and friendly; prices reasonable. In a great spot for doing some home design shopping, then discussing over dinner. Four stars.
