Restaurants near Hobart Book Village

My mom, sister, and I had a 5PM reservation. We were seated on time. We started with a cocktail and then shared two appetizers which were great. Each of us ordered a different entree in addition to sharing a dessert. The food and service were excellent!

Im really not one to write reviews for anything as most unfortunatly are. For my girlfriend and my first time going to Black&Blue from waiting for our table to paying the bill her and I agreed it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Both steaks were cooked beautifully and were still nice and warm when arrived to the table. We tried the nights special lobster mac&cheese and was pleasantly surprised how great it all was! Cheese was not too heavy, noodles were great and the lobster was amazing! Prices weren’t even as bad as we anticipated! A lovely night at Black&Blue on February 14th Valentines day :)

The Valentines Day special menu and feature was excellent. We really enjoyed the three course meal for two. Everything was paired well and the service was excellent.

Excellent dinner with a Prix Fixe menu for Valentine's Day. (Which OpenTable didn't show when we made our reservation.) Good helping sizes, and good options for each course, and with reasonable prices for an excellent glass of wine. We will visit again.
