Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Have eaten at Salty's for many years, both in Portland and at the Seatle location. I can't remember ever having a bad meal, the menu and quality of the food is always superb. The wait staff at our recent dinner was very efficient and pleasant to interact with, we tipped accordingly. We would strongly recommend to anyone desiring a "first class" experience and delicious meal to visit either location.

Outstanding food and service that matched. Great recommendations from a friendly and attentive waiter. The food and drinks were amazing. Pork chops were breathtaking. The Dosalas Margarita (x2!) was spectacular. And ending the lovely evening with flan was life-changing. :) Obviously, I loved this place as a new neighbor!
