Restaurants near Holiday Inn Express Suites Little Rock West

Food and everything else was great, yes we came on Valentine’s Day BUT when the customer numbers went down we hadn’t seen our server . The seating manager and pregnant bartender did our drinks and food but our actual server never greeted us until we already paid thru the bartender and then he had came to ask if we needed anything AFTER WE WERE DONE. And we were not the only table he ignored as well!

Food was excellent. Service was great. Love that Saltgrass is one of the restaurants where I can get points for free meals as part of the Landry’s Select Club. We got $25 off our meal last night. That made everything even better. I also saw a heartwarming thing happen there. An older lady was eating her dinner on Valentine’s Day alone. When it came time to pay she was told her meal was already paid for. A man who was with his wife or girlfriend had paid for her meal. It brought tears to my eyes.

Service and food excellent. The diner enjoys an experience within a first class, sophisticated environment. We would have appreciated a slightly larger table, as we felt like we were relegated to the children’s corner. Luckily for us the group seated at the only larger table in the room welcomed us into their conversation and we thoroughly enjoyed each other’s company. We look forward to returning very soon. Petit and Keet met my expectations. Professional service, good food prepared with care. The entrees were served at the proper temperature by an attentive server. The meal was a pleasant experience that will bring me back to this restaurant soon.
