The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Chicken, shrimp and lamb marinate for several hours in a yogurt and spice mixture and placed on skewers while various breads are being hand made by our chefs fresh each day.     This dinner was to celebrate the holidays with good friends/neighbors of ours. We were seated quickly (but glad we had reservations!). Our waiter, Jason, was super busy but very attentive. We ordered sirloin steak tips salad, salmon nicoise, salmon and pork chop ribeye. Each meal was DELICIOUS! Overall, wonderful meal and great service! Piedmont Bistro is a favorite of ours and will continue to be our go to for a wonderful meal!

    Great food and service. The dining area is loud due to high ceilings and heavy chairs being moved across the floor. Next time if weather permits I would choose outdoor seating for noise control.
