Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Truly worth every peso and penny. My partner and I shared 6 drinks between the two of us, and they were all incredible. Everything from the entrance to the exit was intentional and so well-thought out. There is so much I could say and it still wouldn't be enough - highly highly recommend.

I had read about Restaurante Nicos several years ago. Finally my husband & I ate dinner there during our most recent trip to Mexico City. The food & the service were amazing…in fact, our waitress was the most genuinely warm, helpful, & attentive waitress that we have encountered on our 2-weeks trip to CDMX!! The whole experience was definitely worth the drive, as the restaurant is a bit out of the way.
