Aided by an unbelievably lovely and temperate evening, sitting outside on the ocean-facing balcony was a setup for success. Fortunately, both the food and the service more than measured up to the setting. We had a wide variety of items from both land and sea including some ceviches and tiraditos, grilled shrimp, and several unique cuts/preparations of beef, lamb, and pork (OK, it’s embarrassing to admit it was just two of us) and were immensely satisfied. I hope you’re still reading, because I saved the best for last: the service. Truly it was an amazing crew that came together to make our evening so wonderful. Special shout-out to Ulysses, who made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and so, so well served.
