“We recently visited The Keg to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly special on this occasion. The food was excellent —perfectly cooked steaks that melted in your mouth, accompanied by delicious sides and a great selection of drinks. Every dish was prepared with care and full of flavor. Thank you to the amazing team at The Keg for making my husband’s birthday dinner so unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!”

Service by Miles at the bar was outstanding. He instantly made me comfortable. When making recommendations he wanted to know my tastes to help point me in the right direction. He definitely succeeded. With minor adjustments, thanks to Miles, I had the Holiday Kaiseki. NOT ONE BAD BITE from beginning to end of these 7 courses. Fish and seafood, fresh and bright. Wagyu Steak just the right amount of fat. The dessert of eggnog mousse and apple filling. Do I feel guilty? Yes. But I’d do it all over again. A shouldn’t miss meal.

It was delightful. We were on our way to the airport and this was our last memorable experience of Vancouver. They took our bags and stored them for us and took us to a table with a view over the whole restaurant. (I only with the had an elevator to get to the mezzanine level where we were seated. Every bite of food was excellent and exceeded my expectations of the dish. Our server was there when we needed her and did not intrude "just to check in" like many do. It was a bustling place and we were delighted. We'll be back.

Kevin provided us with impeccable service. Except there was dust coming from the ceiling onto our table and drinks. We requested for a change of table which Kevin did. It’s understandable that the noise level was extraordinarily loud coz of Christmas get together.

Our small group of three absolutely enjoyed our meal at Joey Bentall One. Two delicious Chicken Clubs and one Sushi dish. The prices seemed fair and in line. The service by Rachel T was very professional and she was full of food recommendations and her personality was so positive. My only constructive criticism would be on check in at reception. A huge lunch line up and the reception is on iPads searching for your reservation and table selection. I think the method of check in needs to be streamlined, other than that, I recommend Joeys.
