Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman.     A great place to have a meal while watching the sun set. Located in the Outrigger Beach Resort. We had the most delightful waiter named Tom. He was friendly, attentive and made excellent recommendations. We appreciated his Midwest roots and he was lovely to chat with. The food and drinks were amazing. Two of us had the mahi mahi with crab on top and two had the filet mignon with a mushroom sauce. We all enjoyed our meals tremendously. The Mai Tai’s were among the best we’ve had. We had the Hula pie for dessert. Four of us could barely finish but it was so good. We would definitely eat here again when in Waikiki!

    Had dinner with my bestie who I haven’t seen in a long time. Our reservation was set for 6 pm and she had never been to Ruscello. We were sat right away. Our server was Jimmy and he was courteous and prompt. He brought us our plantation iced tea after asking us if we wanted drinks other than water. He was attentive and also let me and my friend talk a bit. We ordered an appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, which was delicious and the bread was soft and savory. For dinner we had lemon pesto chicken gnocchi and the portabello mushroom ravioli. It was delicious! We also ordered dessert, white chocolate raspberry bread pudding. Overall we had a great time chatting and catching up at dinner. We didn’t realize we were amongst the last to leave. Thanks for letting us go a little over our dining time.

    The view was the star, but the ambiance and food were neck and neck for second place. Cameron, our server is one of the Best servers we have ever had. This is truly saying something as we eat out a LOT. Jasmine Nicole was performing some cool renditions of popular songs in the background while we drank our Mai Tais and munched on our Kalua Pork Pineapple pizza. There was a twist to it…they used Pesto as the sauce and added some Jalapeños—Excellent beginning to the night. We then had our main course, Macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi for me and Lobster Pasta for my hubby. Everything was done extremely well. Our best night out in Waikiki.

    Add a meal at Fete to your vacation itinerary (and make you a reservation). I can’t say enough about my dining experience here, the food was top quality, how the food was prepared was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff went above and beyond to meet their customers needs/wants. Not only was the food good, but it was inspiring…refreshing the creativity that comes with cooking and enjoying good food. If your love for cooking has waited, Fete will inspire you to browse new recipes, reimagine how you will pair foods and ignite creativity. Thank you Robynne, Chuck, Emily and staff who created a dining experience like no other !
