The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Our food took much longer to get than what would be expected and when we got it, it was just warm. Not hot, like it sat for awhile before being delivered to the table. However, the food was very good. I got their baby back ribs and they were truly fall off the bone. Done to perfection. The steaks were also very good. The waiter kept coming back to apologize for how long it was taking, which when looking around, it didn't seem all that busy. He did keep our drinks filled and got a nice tip. After all it wasn't his fault the food took so long. Overall, I would definitely go back again.
