EOS & NYX is the new restaurant in downtown San Jose. Been open 1 month and we went last night and they delivered on all fronts. The decor, the service, the food and cocktails. A beautiful two story architectural stunner. Bars on the 1st and 2nd floor. Main dining is on 1 with smaller tables on 2. Every person working that we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and all around pleasant. Ordered meatballs, roasted chicken and pasta. Very creative cocktails. Our check was delivered in a bonsai with a few sweet treats. So happy we have this place in DTSJ. It was very busy so make a reservation. Also great for big groups.

This is our big holiday special meal and it never disappoints. Our favorite is the pasta dish they prepare and serve from a wheel of Parmigiana cheese; we opted for the shaved truffle! OMG. We shared a strip steak, the Colorata salad and a flight of wines. Dessert - OMG, their holiday special - a large slice of Panettone bread covered in Marscapone cream and chocolate sauce (we splurged and got both sauces) and sprinkled with pistachio nuts and maraschino cherries! Our waiter, Justin, was amazing; he served us last year. We love EATALY!

I recently dined at Rollati Ristorante with my team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with perfectly portioned dishes that were just right—not too overwhelming. The standout for us was the thousand-layer lasagna, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. The clam pizza was another highlight—so flavorful and well-executed. For dessert, we had the tiramisu cake, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly sweet, striking the perfect balance and rounding off the meal perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that adds to the overall dining experience. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We loved every bit of our time at Rollati Ristorante and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal.

We had a exceptional birthday dinner for my daughter’s 8th bday. The view, food, ambiance, service… all remarkable and unforgettable. Our server is very knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant. He even sang a Happy Birthday song twice (French and English). Definitely a place to be for intimate and private dinner. Highly recommended

Delicious food and amazing service- we will definitely return!! Especially loved the fondue appetizer and the little gem salad, as well as the cavatelli. All so delicious!!!
