My Party of 11, yes, 4 aldults, 7 kids, had a reservation at another restaurant because Als was packed. I had tried for two weeks. No big deal. We got an 8p Reservatoin at the other place and came at 6p, I asked to be put on waiting list. Mayne something would pop. At 7:45p, our 8p table was now about 8:30p. I OPEN TABLED Al Biernat! And, boom, there is an 8:15p reservation we could get. And We went the 1 mile distance and got put in the Treehouse, private room. Service fantastic, Food Great. Service Prompt. Hungry little kids (my grands) waiting on Santa. Out by 9:30p ,santa did his thing. Als cetainly helped that with cheer, promptness and efficiency. There was a delay bringing the meatballs so they comped them for us plus treated us to our after dinner cappuccinos. The service was above and beyond and of course the food is always delicious.
