- SScottvipPortland / Oregon •28 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoJake's Famous Crawfish is one of our go-to restaurants in Portland. It's been there forever (actually, more than 100 years) and retains its old-world ambiance and service. Servers all wear short, white jackets and are schooled well, so even the younger ones thrive, and there are several true veterans. The food is prepared perfectly and arrives quickly. It's great for a special occasion or with a special friend. It tends to be busy on weekends, so make a reservation.More infoJake's Famous CrawfishPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown•4.7

Our server, Hank, was the bees knees, with perfect timing and graceful manners. Than you Ringside for being center stage of an anticipated yearly treat.More infoRingSide Steakhouse - UptownPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• NW Portland•4.8

The atmosphere was incredible, the service was excellent, and above all, the food was amazing. I can say with certainty that I've never had better sushi. The quality of ingredients, the unique elements and the taste of everything was beyond any other sushi I've had before. The dynamite roll and the seared salmon nagiri were incredible. The cocktails were amazing, the tartare was amazing, frankly everything was amazing. But the stand out was most certainly the black cod. I'm used to cod being a fairly common, mediocre fish. But this dish was, in a word, sublime. A tremendous bomb of umami flavor, and yet as delicate and pleasing as any high quality halibut. My wife and I were beyond impressed, and this is now in my top 3 restaurants of all time. We will be back.More infoJankenPrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Pearl District•4.7
- AAustinPortland / Oregon •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoNostrana is an (almost) hidden Portland treasure! The space and ambiance is warm yet epic, the entire staff seems to be operating on another level from other fine dining restaurants in Portland; they're engaged, friendly, warm, and yet professional and perfectionistic in the best possible ways. The food, all of it, was super-fresh and really special. Might have something to do with them having their own chef's garden right across the street. I can't recommend this place highly enough.More infoNostranaPrice: Expensive• Italian• SE Portland•4.7
- SSarahPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe came here to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had a good table with a decent view of the city. Our first waitress wasn’t so kind but that didn’t bother us. We noticed a window seat open up and it had been about 30 mins so I asked the host if we could move and she said “ YES!”. After that the evening got even better. Our waitress was fun and so kind! The view was absolutely amazing and the Christmas parade ships were out! We had great food, great service and wonderful experience!More infoPortland City GrillPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.5
