Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     The catch of the day, Chilean sea bass was fresh & moist over a generous bed of baked beans. Clams & Linguine & sauce, a very generous portion was excellent. Will definitely repeat next time. The arugula salad was overdressed with dressing. the greens were fresh & will ask next time to serve undressed with dressing on the side. Excellent attentive service.

    The menu here is really impressive. There is something for any craving you have. The crab dip appetizer was delicious as well as the meatloaf. They have a great cocktail and dessert menu as well. Our server Jennifer was great. Very friendly with good suggestions. Best meal this New Yorker has had in a while!

    This place was great the food was outstanding and the price was even better from now on when I come out to Vegas I would definitely be visiting restaurant instead of spending hundreds of more on the same thing I can get here for a cheaper price. And also the service and even the people clean the table were extra nice to us made us feel really good and of course I'm really nice dessert with a candle on it for our anniversary one more thing I ask for a old-fashioned me with anything when I tell you I was one of the best drinkas I ever had it was great and Lasting that we got a really late about a half an hour about the close they did not rush us or anything.
