- JjayHawaii •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWonderful dining experience. Dishes were different, creative, and blended flavors well. I especially enjoyed the Foie Gras dish that came in a butter dish with an onion jam and umeshi jelly served on pillow toast. It was like eating a butter toast with jelly but so much better. I couldn't help but smile with each bite. It was so fun, creative, and tasted delicious with the perfect blending of flavors. Best way I've ever eaten Foie Gras! I liked the lively atmosphere. Being older, I remember having to go to a stuffy, library feel, dark restraunt to experience such top quality dishes that took 3 hours to complete. Just give me great, creative dishes in a smart welcoming environment and this is what Arden delivers on.More infoArden WaikikiPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Waikiki•4.7

Me and my wife went on Valentine’s Day and we were able to get in right at our reservation time. She had the margarita pizza and I had the ribeye with jalapeño mashed potatoes and Swiss chard. The jalapeño mashed potatoes were incredible and so was the rib eye, which was cooked perfectly medium and tasted better than most nice steak houses I’ve been to. I would always recommend monkey pod to people looking for a good place to eat with a nice environment and setting.More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaikikiPrice: Moderate• Hawaiian Regional• Waikiki•4.7

She liked the choices on the menu and the ocean just outside. The food, service and ambiance were their usual best. My favorite restaurant for 20 or more years and am always impressed.More infoHau TreePrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Honolulu•4.6

I wish we were seated at the rail but table was just fine. The service and food were both perfect. The new bartender had trouble making a bay breeze, kept forgetting the pineapple, but they corrected it fast and without attitudes :-) grateful. I appreciated that the music playing was Hawaiian. We come to Hawaii almost yearly and Hawaiian music is what we want to hear when having a meal. So thank you Hula Grill for a great meal and great atmosphere. Was wonderful. Oh FISH “ALL” was cooked to perfection!More infoHula Grill - WaikikiPrice: Expensive• Hawaiian Regional• Waikiki•4.6
