Kevin the manager was very thoughtful and busy being on the floor overseeing all! My server Maria was very professional and timely. The only concern I had, which I discussed with Kevin as another Maria that is hostess had called the day before to confirm my reservation and I did ask if I couldn’t finish all my meal that was on my plate she said I could take it with me. That information was not correct but Kevin the manager said he would allow me to take anything I didn’t finish with me at the conclusion of my thanksgiving meal. Ultimately I was so full it didn’t matter as I was able to eat all the delicious food!

One of the most delightful meals I’ve had. Each dish had a depth of flavors taking you through the journey with each bite. The oysters, shishitos and fried chicken our favorites.

Food was excellent and it came out fast. The service person never seen

As always, everything was absolutely fabulous! I am not even a big red meat eater however, my husband wanted to go for steak night. I thought I would try it, and it was cooked perfectly! If you haven’t tried it yet, go next Thursday! 😋

The staff was excellent from start to finish. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our drink order was taken quickly as well. I had the cheeseburger and my friend had the wings. Both were tasty and were brought to us in record time! I don't think that 5 minutes passed from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. The beer and cocktail selections were excellent. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of downtown and the bayou that the restaurant offers. Make sure to take a stroll outside and sip on your drink. It's well worth it. The only drawback to the experience is that since the restaurant is an open air environment, a fair amount of flies can get in and it can be a little annoying at times. So, if bugs "bug" you, this may be an issue. Apart from that, the experience was superb and I highly recommend Riverhouse!
