Drinks were served fairly quickly (old fashions and black manhattans were tasty). Started with the bread and butter. 3 types of "toppings" on the butter and it was a fun way to start the meal with warm bread. Then we shared a caesar salad that was prepared with some crispy cheese on top and not drenched in dressing. The lobster bisque was like a miso soup meets bisque, different and good but not sure if I would get it again. I had the filet and my wife had the salmon with the skin cooked to a crisp and both were cooked beautifully.
