Restaurants near Kiscelli Museum

The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. The food is delicious! We ordered duck breast, filet mignon, roasted veggies, truffle mashed potatoes and yam fries. Everything is perfect. Price is on the higher end (in Hungary standard I think) but with the spectacular view, it is worth every penny. (We were lucky to get a window table. ) The only thing that we’re not too impressed is their bathroom setup. 3 individual stalls situated at the end of the restaurant with one separate sink sitting right outside the stalls , however the sink is placed in super weird close proximity to someone’s dining table. I would not be too happy eating right next to the bathroom sink if I were to get seated at that table. Poor setup for sure. Other than that, we both had a great experience at Leo.

Loved it, was my Father’s birthday and they made him feel very special. We went down to the reception area were we were magically entertained by the pianist which actually made our afternoon. Ambiance and service and juice made it so beautiful. Would definitely recommend, one of my highlights of my stay in Budapest xx

Excellent food, service, wine and ambience. Highly recommend the tasting menu. The waiter who served us was excellent in both his food and wine knowledge.

Excellent food ,the service 10 out of 10. Ambience authentic . We all really enjoyed our evening tonight a real gem of a restaurant. I highly recommend it for that special occasion and for those who love good Italian food.
