As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly even being 20 minutes early for our reservation. From before dinner drinks to dessert at the end, all items were wonderfully fresh and prepared spot on just as we requested. Couldn't get any better. Perfect experience

The food was great and the service was excellent. I had flowers delivered to the restaurant for our Valentine’s Day dinner, and the staff handled it very well- setting them up at our table and placing them nearby so we could see them while we ate. The butchers block meatballs were exceptional and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the filet medallions. The crab cake appetizer was also delicious! Great job to the team for handling one of their busiest nights of the year without any hiccups! Glad you guys are giving us a higher end dining option in Frankfort!

This a real gem of a restaurant for both lunch or dinner. A reservation is helpful but it never hurts to check if you’re in that area. The chicken livers are simply the best in central Kentucky and perhaps the best in the eastern half of the country. The deviled eggs with a touch of bacon jam are a great appetizer. The crab cake sandwich is as good as anything I’ve tried on the Atlantic coast including eastern Maryland. Reasonably priced with a good if somewhat limited wines by the glass selection. Warm and friendly staff provide excellent service.

Stellar! Excellent service and hospitality from the team. The steak and lobster were devine. The salad, coffee and dessert were all prepared well and served in an attractive manner. Even the music was perfect! The attire is business casual and everyone there abided. My cocktail was picture perfect and each sip was delicious. I recommend this for any evening you feel like a better meal and ambiance. Ask for the high tops if you wish to be near the stage—our evening was a pianist. We were in the main dining room which was accented by huge chandelier and lovely art. We loved it! $10 valet worth it. Tip everyone well, they are worth it. We will be back more often.

Carson's on Main never disappoints and is our favorite place to dine. Hailey was our server and she had the best personality and we wanted for nothing, We started with their amazing Old Fashioned which are always made perfectly.
