I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love. Manchurian roasted cauliflower is superb! Silly rule that Happy Hour drinks are only available in the lounge when the dining area is directly open to the lounge! The lounge was actually quieter than the dining area as the live piano player, along with a larger crowd, made the dining area noisier.
