Our booking was in The Connaught Room & the room is exquisite…the food was amazing & there was a big selection of teas. Loughlan looked after us very well. Would definitely recommend Ashford Castle for Afternoon Tea.More infoThe Connaught Room at Ashford CastlePrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Cong•4.9

Mags is a great host and welcomed the children with a chocolate santa. The food was delicious. We had the scallops and soup as starters and the sea bass and steak as mains. All super. I'm already looking forward to going back!More infoThe Old Stone House Restaurant RoscommonPrice: Expensive• Irish• Roscommon•4.7
- SSiobhánConnacht •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI went to Sophies for a Christmas night out with my friend. The place looked perfect for a Christmas meet-up. Our pizzas were delicious as were our cocktails. We had enough space around us to be able to speak to each other without feeling overheard. The place was busy but noise wasn't overwhelming. The best part was the young woman who was serving us. She was really friendly, accommodating, and had a good sense of humour. She made the experience so much better. I am sorry that I didn't take her name to thank her here. In a city that's overwhelming at Christmas we had a lovely night at Sophies that was relaxing and enjoyable. Well done to all involved!More infoSophie's @ The Dean GalwayPrice: Moderate• European• Galway City Centre•4.3
