Everyone at our table thought their food was absolutely delicious. it just took too long to get served. We were there from 6:45 until 10:00, while we enjoyed each other's company, three hours plus is long for three courses. The wait people (Alicia and Ethan) were very obliging. A very nice touch at the beginning of our evening was a little tour of Troutbeck when the greeter learned that two in our party had not been to Troutbeck before. Very friendly. thank you!

It’s always so nice to eat at the Culinary. We feel like eating at 1st class restaurant. All the students staff are very professional & of course the food & dessert are so unbelievably delicious .Good luck to the graduating class! Good place for lunch during the holidays. Town is very festive and Beekman Arms is right in the middle of town. Food and service were great. The tavern is well decorated and very historic.
