Having spent most of our adult lives in the restaurant business, my wife Jaylene and I understand the importance that our food be of the highest quality and our service be very friendly and professional.     This was our first time. From the menu, it was obviously not Tex-Mex but I like Mexican from different regions. I got the Amethyst Fizz. It was ok but I was put off by the chemical after taste. It was also too sweet for me. I love Chile relleno’s. From the description I knew it wasn’t going to be the typical chile relleno. It had a mole type sauce and a creamy sofrito sauce. Both were sweet. Unexpected but not bad. I recommended that they offer a relleno with chicken fajita meat as well as the ground beef. I don’t know if I would order it again as I was interested in other things on the menu. My husband got the chicken fajitas. They were delicious! We both liked the rice and beans too. We both concluded that we would go back. I loved the atmosphere, the tableware, the music, and the sound level. Josie was our server and gave us excellent service.
