- JJemimaBath/Somerset •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoHad the afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Fantastic service, very quick with the food and had refills of our hot drinks. The afternoon tea is quite a spectacle! Massive amount of food (we had to take some away in a box!) but all very tasty. We even had a bonus birthday choux bun with chocolate sauce at the end! Only slight downside was the festive Battenberg was a bit strange being bright green and red.More infoThe Ivy Bath Brasserie and GardenPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Bath•4.3

Slightly chilly by the window and a table empty by the fire but we did book an hour and a half before going so May have been booked by someone else soonerMore infoLa FlambéPrice: Very Expensive• European• Sutton Benger•4.8

Nestled in the picturesque countryside, the setting itself is a feast for the senses, with views of lush greenery that instantly set a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, every member of the staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. The ambiance is intimate, with tasteful decor that reflects the unique and eccentric taste of its legendary owner. The menu is classic dishes elevated to new heights. Cooked to absolute perfection, it arrives tender, flavorful, and just melts in your mouth, it’s a dish that embodies his dedication to quality and technique. Desserts don’t disappoint either.
