He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

We had a very good experience overall! The calamari, seafood pasta entrée, blackened salmon entrée and truffle fries were outstanding. The lamb chops would have been better if they were double cut. Our server was attentive and friendly. The noise level was slightly higher than expected and the wait time on delivery of appetizers and entrées was a bit slow but the restaurant was very busy because they were hosting 3 Christmas party groups. We plan to dine there again in the future.

I came back specifically for the chicken and leek pie, and it did not disappoint. Very happy to be introduced to the mushroom toast appetizer which was fantastic! Molly, our server, was delightful!
