Restaurants near Lochloosa Lake Park

Tonight we visited Remingtons Prime Steakhouse for the third time in three weeks. The string of incredible experiences continued tonight as we veered away from the amazing steaks we’ve enjoyed and had Sea Bass and the Pork Chop. Covey’s cocktails are delicious and always innovative. Our Tortellini Michelle was really great, cooked to perfection with tortellini al dente, steak tender, and gravy sooo good and not over-salted which happens too often in restaurants. The Rye-Spice cocktail was perfect—a touch of sweet but not too much. The All Things Vice cocktail with Titos, chai, pumpkin puree, espresso, Baileys with a dash of nutmeg on top was a heavenly after dinner drink to sip slowly. The key lime pie, a complete contrast to the All Things Vice, was outstanding and held its own. The lime was flavor of course stood out…you could see the zest in it—but it was not overly tart nor was it sickening sweet. It was perfection. Our server was friendly, knew the menu, and never missed a beat. She mentioned having just graduated (I would assume from college) and there she was, cheerfully working on Christmas, providing exceptional service.

This is the second time my husband and I have been there. This is a class A+ establishment. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, everything was great. The staff is very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have an excellent experience for a special occasion. And the prices were reasonable, in my opinion. We loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back again.

Great service. The cowboy steak took a little long but they made up for it with free dessert. Best drinks food and such a good vibe
