Amazing meals for all. I had special request from the dinner menu and they happily honored my request. Stuffed lobster with large shrimp, scallops and crab atop a split whole main lobster with creamy sauce and ritz buttery crumb topping. My friends had calamari and buttered lobster roll with fries. We were stuffed and had to carry some leftovers home. All staff were super helpful and server was a dear, friendly professional cheerful guy.

This was our first visit and we absolutely fell in love from great service our waiter was very attentive to some of the best Italian food we've had. We were visiting from out of town and came upon this rest just googling rests. We are back in Rhode Island next month and are looking forward to our next visit at your wonderful restaurant Lisa, Southbury, CT

Massimo is one of our favorite places to eat in Federal Hill. The lunch special is delicious, has a good variety of choices, and a very economical choice for a lot of food. Food is hot and tasty. Their focaccia bread is SO good. My son and I go there whenever we have a special occasion to celebrate. Servers and other wait staff are always attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Server, Kathleen, was wonderful! She was attentive without being intrusive, and very knowledgeable about the wine and dinner menu. Can’t wait to go back.

Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.
