Restaurants near Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary

This is my favorite restaurant in Key West, I ate there about 8 times in the last few weeks. The service is wonderful, they make you feel like family and like home. It draws a lot of locals and people from other places, so you get a nice mix from the crowd. Great for singles (has a perfect bar, super bartender) and also great for a couple or families and even larger groups (birthdays, weddings, large celebrations). The menu is extensive, so many good things from the appetizers to the entrees to the deserts. Everything is made and cooked on site. They are especially famous for their many pasta dishes and fresh seafood, and of course martinis. They have 50 or more martinis on the menu. I look forward to my return to this fantastic restaurant with a spectacular ocean view.

Dined here because of a recommendation from a friend. We loved it. The service by our waiter Aaron was excellent as well as every item we ate or drank. We asked our server to describe some of the dishes and it really helped us to make a decision because everything on the menu looked amazing. It was a splurge, but well worth it and we look forward to our next visit to Latitudes.

Castaways lives up to their advertising.....incredible food at an off the beaten path spot that lives up to third "D" of "Diners, Drive Inns and Dives". The decor is fascinating!! We arrived a bit early for the reservation but were greeted and seated promptly by the owner of the restaurant; place was busy at 6 and got busier over the next couple of hours. Throughout the evening we saw the owner talking with patrons and helping the staff--a rarity in many places. Appetizers were the shrimp ceviche and crab queso which were very tasty, full of seafood and large portions. My wife and daughter enjoyed the lion fish which is their specialty. It was a nice meal and very unique "wreck diver" presentation made it delicious. I tried another rarity of the area as well with the hog fish and it was very good as well. Service was top notch and appreciated the opportunity to enjoy some unique fish dishes. Worth the short drive from KW and venturing of the main road a bit!

To the time we're greeted from very friendly hostess then Jason our server who provided us with great friendly service and great food from your kitchen staff and your Manager Justine who asked how everything was We said outstanding down to your helpers everyone was very friendly. Christmas Eve dinner we will be back Great job everyone.

The service was outstanding, very friendly and fast couldn’t be better. Food plated beautifully. The outdoor dining is very beautiful with unbelievable view. It does lend to have kids running a muck and screaming on the beach so if you want a quieter experience dine inside or dine later in the evening. We will be back.
