- DDianeWisconsin •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoMy husband and I celebrated a friend's birthday last Saturday. Prior to coming for dinner, we heard so many mixed reviews from friends and relative so, we decided to get our own opinion. Our reservations were at 6:15 and arrived about 30 minutes early to enjoy a cocktail before dinner. We were able to get a seat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of finely made drinks. The bartenders were most attentive and gave a very good pour. We waited about 15 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated. The waitstaff team was on it immediately after we were seated. We ordered drinks and then Oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer. There were 6 per order, small but very delicious. The ala carte Caesar salad had homemade dressing and was very good. Warm rolls were individually served and they also came around with extras. Two of us had the Filet Oscar that was perfectly prepared. The steak melted in your mouth and the crab was plentiful and tasty. Fresh asparagus and whipped potatoes were just as delicious. Birthday boy's entree was the Rosewood Wagyu and lobster. The sauce used was very complimentary to the steak and no complaints from him. We ended our dinners with Jeanette's cheesecake with tart cherry sauce, signature chocolate cake and a Brandy Alexander. It was a little loud but you could still hear our table conversation. The atmosphere and decor was exquisite. The three of us left with very great opinions and delightfully full stomachs. I'm sure most diners will agree that they don't mind paying for good food and service. The Commodore is is now on my top 3 special occasion restaurant. - MMohammedLas Vegas •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is for sure a great spot for a date night. When doing the 2-person food experience, you don’t see anyone around you. The booths have higher walls so you don’t see your neighbor. Plenty of food and definitely fun. Servant gets to know you since they make the fondue in front of you. And cause of that they decorated the desert plates saying “happy anniversary”. Very personal. Will for sure do this again.More infoThe Melting Pot - BrookfieldPrice: Expensive• Fondue• Brookfield•4.3

I'm glad a second location is opening in our Metro area, as the wait times for wine tasting seem to get longer and longer. But it's always worth the wait. We enjoy the quality and value of the menu. This is a great place to meet with family or friends for a great lunch or dinner experience. I have noticed over the past year, whether intentional or unintentional, that the length of time to get the order placed and dinner served has increased considerably. It's not a problem if you plan for it, but just be aware if on a tight schedule.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Brookfield, WIPrice: Moderate• American• Brookfield•4.7

- JJohnVIPChicago / Illinois •25 reviews4.0Dined on 15 Jan 2025I hosted a casual dinner. This was my first time visiting. The venue is a cool, casual place with a sports bar feel in a re-developed industrial space. Amenities are minimal but clean and well-presented. The noise level was less than I would have thought at first glance, given the high ceilings and hard surfaces. The menu was fairly good, and the food excellent. Our server was very pleasant and was trying, but it was evident she was newer, not well-trained, or a combination of both. That said, any deficiencies were insufficient to impair an otherwise lovely experience. We ordered a variety of offerings - a salmon dinner, a signature build-a-burger, a chicken pot pie, chili, and the apple tort dessert a la mode. All were very well prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. I would be happy to visit again.More infoPoint Burger Bar - PewaukeePrice: Moderate• Burgers• Pewaukee•3.9
