Restaurants near Lyons Woods Forest Preserve

Brought some girlfriends for a birthday lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful ambiance, great service and food is always exceptional! Thank you for the lovely experience!

This was an excellent dining experience. Everything from the facility, food and staff were excellent. Our server, Rogelio, was more than a server. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, how it was prepared and the differences between dishes. He explained the background of the business and what makes this a restaurant to frequent. A bit pricey, but aren’t they all right now? The food, service and ambience make it an expenditure worth making.

The best steak and sides we’ve ever had at a resteraunt in our area. The steak is on a hot cast iron plate and stays warm throughout. The mashed potatoes taste like a twice baked without the skin. Serving size is plentiful. The waiter, busman, Chef, lady tending bar were so nice and always smiling. The design of dining room felt elegant. Their menu has various cuisines to choose from. We’ve been wanting to try Primo since they opened but never got around to it. Always navigating to places we’ve been. Well today is our anniversary and wanted to go somewhere special so we decided to eat at Primo. We are very happy that we made reservations. Primo is now our number one steakhouse!!!

Some of the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the area. Great for either grabbing a drink and watching the games or coming in with family for a full meal. Highly recommend.
