Restaurants near Main Street Historic Commercial District

We had an amazing time. There is not one thing we didn’t love. From the second we walked into the door, we were greeted and felt at home. Service was AMAZING. My only warning is to remember you are on the harbor, and the locals especially one can get kind of rowdy, the really big sea lion kept all the others from sleeping one night. A fan so thoughtfully placed in the room and shutting the window and problem was solved. We are so thankful for everything that was done for us and the hospitality. It’s one of our new must stay at destinations. ♥️

Outstanding food experience. Alan Kantor continues to produce outstanding dishes with fresh, local ingredients. We were very pleased from appetizer to salad to entree to dessert. The service is attentive and friendly. Wine list is fairly priced and features local producers. MacCallum House stands out even in comparison to the other highly regarded restaurants in Mendocino.

This is an excellent place to be along the coast. A beautiful view of the ocean, even in rainy weather. The food is fresh and creative. We enjoyed everything.
